We’ve teamed up with Tubby Tom, the sauce-slinging, spice-dusting legend who went from cooking up BBQ magic in his mum’s kitchen to running a full-blown flavour empire.  

Introducing: BBQ Burnt Ends 

Imagine biting into juicy pork belly bites - slow-cooked until tender, caramelised to perfection, then drenched in Tubby Tom's iconic smokey BBQ sauce. It's sticky. It's rich. It's unforgettable. 

But that's only half the story. 

We've paired these BBQ Burnt Ends with Candied Jalapeño Mayo - a zingy, sweet creation made with Tubby Tom's Fire Candy hot sauce and creamy vegan mayo. The combination? Pure culinary genius. 

From Kitchen to Flavour Empire 

Ten years ago, Tom stood in his mother's kitchen, stirring his first batch of homemade BBQ sauce. Friends tasted it. They raved. A local farm shop took a chance on him. Food shows followed and his sauce collection grew. One production kitchen quickly became three. 

Today, Tom exports his flavour creations worldwide from his Gloucester headquarters. His small team of ten is made up of mostly childhood friends, his mother, and his wife. This isn't just business; it's family.
