This National Burrito Day (April 3^rd), we are giving FREE burritos in store to our Burrito Society members. Not a member yet? Get prepared! Sign up for the Burrito Society today! 

1. Search for us in the Apple/Google Play store to download and sign up to the Tortilla app.  

2. Each member of the Tortilla Burrito Society loyalty program will receive the Free Burrito perk at 9AM (GMT) on 3/04/25 or upon sign up for new members joining on 3/04/25. 

3. Your perk will appear in the ‘My Rewards’ carousel on the Tortilla app homepage on 3/04/25. 

4. Visit your nearest participating* Tortilla restaurant from 3pm on 3/04/25 to redeem your Free Burrito.

5. Scan the QR code on your app at the till. Each perk is redeemable for one free Burrito on 3/04/25. One redemption per person, per transaction. Come quick - it's first come, first serve!

Yes! The good news? You can join right up until the last burrito flies out the door. Get in quick before the offer ends! Download our app, sign up, and you're in. 

The Burrito fun kicks off at 3 PM on National Burrito Day (April 3rd). But hold your horses, the reward won’t work any earlier. The offer won't last all day, so don’t miss out - first come, first served!

Yes! We're giving away 15,000 free burritos across all participating locations on National Burrito Day. Once we hit this number, the promotion will end, even if it's before closing time. We recommend coming as early possible (after 3PM) to ensure you don't miss out!

Oh, just a medium OR large burrito, naked burrito, or salad bowl, your pick! And yes, all our premium add-ons (beef, guacamole, cheese sauce, and chorizo) are included. Extra protein is not included. 

Unfortunately, no! On 3/04/25 you will have to hit up your nearest participating* Tortilla restaurant to snag that freebie.  

The following restaurants (run by our franchise partners) will not be participating in the Big Burrito Giveaway: Tortilla Euston, Tortilla Gatwick Airport, Glasgow Airport, Bristol Airport, Stanstead Airport, Manchester Piccadilly, Brunel University, Middlesex University, Sussex University, Swansea University, Leeds Station, Liverpool Street Station, London Victoria Station (these are run by our franchise partners). Ask the team when you visit to find out whether you are in a participating restaurant. 

No stamps for free burritos, unfortunately! You can only earn stamps on paid mains. 

Last summer we said goodbye to Club Tortilla and hello to our NEW Burrito Society loyalty app. Please remove your Club Tortilla card from your wallet as it is no longer valid and download the Tortilla app. 

No wifi? No worries! Just flick on airplane mode, and your QR code appear when you open the app. Then scan it at checkout and boom, your free burrito will be all yours. 

You MUST scan the QR code on your loyalty app to redeem. No screenshots, no emails - the real deal only! So, fire up the app and get scanning!
