1. Free drink with a main - Reward is valid 26th Nov – 2nd Dec.   

2. Free premium add on - Reward is valid 3rd – 9th Dec.  

3. Free chips & festive salsa with a main - Reward is valid 10th – 16th Dec.  

All perks:

Holiday Haul Giveaway

But wait, there's more... 🎅 We're giving away £10k worth of prizes in our holiday haul during the last week of December. (Because who doesn't love extra presents?) 

Open to UK residents aged 18+. Must be a registered Burrito Society member. Employees of Tortilla are not eligible to enter.

To enter: Make a purchase at any participating Tortilla restaurant in-store or via Order Ahead. Scan your Tortilla loyalty app at the time of purchase. Each transaction with a loyalty app scan counts as one entry. No minimum purchase required. Multiple entries permitted, one per qualifying transaction. Entry period begins 00:01 GMT on 17 December 2024 and ends 23:59 GMT on 24 December 2024.

14 winners will be selected, with prizes allocated in ascending order by value. The prizes: total prize pool value £10,000 approximately, consisting of:

Winner selection: Winners will be selected by random draw conducted by an independent person. Draw will take place by 4^th January 2025. Winners will be notified via the email address registered to their loyalty account by 7^th January 2025.

Prize claim: Winners must claim their prize within 14 days of notification. If a winner fails to claim their prize within this period, The Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner. Prizes will be delivered to UK addresses only. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value.

Additional Terms:

• The Tortilla Black Card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and entitles the holder to one free main meal per day

• Uber credit will be issued in the form of voucher codes to be applied to the winner's Uber account

• Digital memberships and subscriptions will be provided in the form of activation codes

• Winners of physical prizes must provide a valid UK delivery address

• By entering, winners agree to participate in reasonable publicity related to the promotion

• Data protection: Personal data will be used solely for the administration of this promotion and in accordance with current UK data protection legislation

From time to time, we will offer limited time offer menu items which will unlock double stamps.  When these promos are live you can scan your loyalty card to earn 2 stamps instead of 1.  

• One offer available per day (i.e. if you purchase 2 LTO burrito’s, you will earn 3 stamps total, 2 for the first & 1 for the second, etc.).  

• Available at participating Tortilla restaurants (excludes delivery only sites + franchise) for eat-in or takeaway only.  

• Double stamps can take up to 48 hours to appear on your loyalty account.

Whether it’s a free burrito, drink or meal – if you’ve scored one of our awesome vouchers (paper or digital) you’re in for a treat! Please check the back of the card or the bottom of the email for specific T&Cs and expiry dates. Generally these vouchers are valid when you scan the QR code in-store, one voucher per order. To say thank you for your work, we’ll give you 10% off your order (excluding alcohol) when you flash your Emergency services, NHS ID card or blue light card in-store! Free Dinner/Lunch / Burrito Giveaway:

Grab any burrito or bowl from our range for free. Only one main available per person. All drinks and extras will be charged separately. Offer only valid between the times and days mentioned on the advertising and at the store specified. Tortilla reserves the right to amend the T&Cs on the day. First come, first served so get in early to avoid missing out, while stocks last.

Treat A Friend 2for1 Offer:

2 for 1 on burritos or bowls at the specified store. Customer must purchase 2 mains to redeem the deal, the cheapest option is free. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount or online. Discount not available on drinks or any other product. Tortilla reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time without notice. One offer per person, per order, while stocks last.

Double Stamps

Only two stamps available per day, per card. Valid in-store when a customer swipes their loyalty card in the specified store only. Not valid when another discount has been used. Order must be over the minimum price threshold (£5). Not available after a customer has paid for the order, stamps must be collected at time of making the transaction. Customer must register their card to redeem free product & can’t get stamps when redeeming free product. Loyalty stamps will load up within 24hrs of making the order

Photography

At our new store events we will have a photographer present. If you would not like to be photographed please let a member of staff know.

If you're the lucky owner of a Tortilla Black Card (free food!!) - congrats! You will have received the full details when you joined, but here are the full T&Cs just in case:

• Valid for the dates shown on card. Your card will be cancelled on the expiry date.

• You, the named card holder must be present to claim the discount, proof of ID may be required

• This black card entitles you to grab a meal for you and a friend when you show this card – instore only.

• Excludes alcohol – any alcohol will be charged separately.

• Not available with any other offers, online or on Click & Collect
