The Tortilla App has landed. The new home of our (not so secret) Burrito Society.
What does this mean? Club Tortilla is unavailable. For existing Club Tortilla members, your membership (plus any stamps and rewards) will transfer over automatically. All you will need to do is download the new app, click ‘log in’ and follow the ‘forgot password’ journey. Your freebies will be waiting!
We are always listening to our customers; the new Tortilla app will be making it easier to get more freebies, more often.
Download and sign up to the new Tortilla app. When you visit, make sure you scan the QR code on your app before you pay at tills, or at a kiosk, where applicable.
You will earn 1 stamp per transaction, when you buy any main meal. A main meal includes burritos, naked burritos, salad bowls, tres tacos, quesadillas and nachos queso.
When you have 2 stamps you will earn 1 free guac topping with your next main meal.
When you have 5 stamps you will earn 1 free main (includes burritos, naked burritos, salad bowls, tres tacos, quesadillas and nachos queso)
The Tortilla App will bring everything together in one place: including your Burrito Society stamp card, rewards and perks, order ahead and a handy restaurant finder.
When you have 5 stamps you will still earn a free main.
Plus now you get 1 free guac topping after 2 stamps.
We are introducing a refer a friend benefit – a way to gain yourself an extra stamp for spreading the burrito love.
There will be more surprise perks that drop into your app, especially for the most flavourful among you.
The validity period on rewards earned from stamps is now extended to 90 days.
Don’t worry, we got you. We will transfer over any existing stamps and rewards that are still valid at 10pm on Saturday 20th July 2024. They will be waiting for you when you log into the new app.
If you are an existing customer:
Download and open the Tortilla app on your device, and from the launch screen, tap ‘Log In’. Tap ‘I Forgot my Password’ and enter the email address associated with your original loyalty account. Type in the 4 digit confirmation code sent to your email address and type out your new password. Finally, tap ‘submit’ and you should be logged in automatically - keep your sign in information somewhere safe.

You can download the Tortilla app on any recent iPhone or Android device.
Your Tortilla loyalty card is valid in all stores apart from; Tortilla Euston, Middlesex, Brunel, Gatwick, Sussex, Bristol University, Bristol Airport, Manchester Piccadilly, Leeds New Station and Swansea (these are run by our franchise partners). Ask the team when you visit to find out whether you are in a participating restaurant.
Your stamp card rewards will now be valid for 90 days. Perks will be available on a more limited time offer.
Sorry, you can’t stack more than 1 free guac topping or 1 free main at a time. Make sure you redeem any existing valid rewards before completing your stamp card again.
You can only use one reward or perk per transaction.
Unfortunately not, so you must remember to scan your card before you make your purchase to make sure it counts!
Once you log into the new Tortilla app you can follow the link to download your shiny new card to your phone wallet! Your old Club Tortilla card will no longer work when scanned so please remove it from you phone wallet.
For every friend you refer and signs up to the Burrito Society, you will receive 1 free stamp. One stamp closer to your next reward! This is limited to one referral each hour.
All good things must come to an end! We are no longer running our birthday burritos promotion.
You will need to do the forgotten password journey and choose a password that will now be linked to the new platform.
Yes, the old card will not work anymore, you need to do the forgotten password journey and once signed in you will be able to add your new card to your wallet if you want to.
Your old log-in will no longer work as we will be transferring to a new platform. The new platform will have an ability to be logged into via Web and you will be able to order via the web, but we really recommend you use the app for a better experience.
Welcome back! If you have not been used your membership for more than 18 months your details were not pulled across. Just sign up to create a new account!
Tap our ordering button on the app homepage, make sure you are ordering for the location you'd like to collect from, then select what you'd like to purchase from one of our menu's categories, tap view basket, review your order then tap pay to send your order straight to us.
Our app operates on a pay-as-you go model, so as soon as your order is with us, you will be charged.
We accept any debit or credit card from Visa, MasterCard and AMEX where supported.
Tap on your profile picture from the homepage to view your profile page, then select ‘Payment Methods’ from your profile page and select Remove Card.
You can view all of your account activity including purchases in the My Activity part of your profile tab. Tap on your profile picture from the homepage to view your profile page.
