Enter your details on the online sign-up form (loyalty.tortilla.co.uk). Go to ‘Create Account’ and keep an eye on your email inbox for your welcome email (this may go to your junk inbox). Click on the link in the email to add your loyalty card to your phone wallet and you’re ready to start earning stamps! If your email hasn't arrived yet, you can also log into your account directly to start earning stamps!
If you need to re-add your card to your phone wallet, log into your account and click 'Resend Welcome Email' to send the download link to yourself.
Loyalty stamps & rewards can take up to 24hrs to appear, so please be patient! If your card still hasn't updated after this time, you can manually refresh it by:
IPHONES - Find your loyalty card in wallet app (not via the side button.) Press the (i) to see pass details & back of the card. Pull the card down or turn notifications off (& on again) your card will update!
ANDROID - In Google Wallet, click the 3 lines in the corner, and go to Settings. Towards the bottom disable & then enable "Updates about your passes" & voila – card should update automatically.

Make sure to include your phone make & operating model (eg iOS 15) as well as a screenshot of the front & back your card & any other information you can provide & we'll get back to you asap.
Yes you do! You will automatically receive 1 bonus stamp on your loyalty card. Happy days.
Every time you buy a main dish in-store, you’ll receive 1 stamp on your card. To earn stamps, you must have registered online and you have to scan your digital card at the till before you pay. You can collect multiple stamps at a time, i.e. if you purchase 5 mains, you will collect 5 stamps
Once you’ve collected 5 stamps, you will receive a ‘free main’ reward. You can choose from: burrito, naked burrito, tres tacos, nachos, quesadilla – this includes all sizes, toppings and fillings (excluding extra protein). Your reward will be automatically added to your loyalty card. Once you receive your reward, your stamps will reset to 0. You can check your rewards & expiry dates by clicking (i) on your phone wallet to see the back of your card, where the date is shown.
Rewards are valid for 30 days from date received. You can check your rewards & expiry dates of any rewards on the back of your loyalty card. Find your card in your wallet app & click on 'Show Pass Details' to turn to the back of your card. There you can see your rewards & expiry dates. Loyalty cards should auto-update every time you use it, but if you want to refresh your wallet, pull it down or turn notifications off (& on again) to update.
Once you’ve reached 5 stamps, you will earn a Free Main Voucher - you can redeem this reward at any time within 30 days of receiving. Simply make your order in-store and scan your loyalty card at the till to redeem. Our crew will ask you if you want to redeem your reward on that visit. If you’d like to save your reward for your next visit, let the team know and they won’t apply it. Remembering that they only last 30 days, so use it - don't lose it! You can check the expiry date on any rewards by clicking 'show pass details' in your phone wallet.
You can collect multiple stamps and rewards at a time, up to 5 rewards. Once you earn 5 rewards, you will need to redeem 1 in-store before you can collect any more.
Sorry friend, we can’t add stamps to your card later.
Your Tortilla loyalty card is valid in all stores apart from; Tortilla Euston, Middlesex, Brunel, Gatwick, Leeds Skelton Lake, Sussex, Bristol University, Bristol Airport, Manchester Picadilly and Swansea (these are run by our franchise partners).
You can now earn stamps on Click & Collect! We're working on getting this up & running for delivery - so watch this space.

Select your nearest store & then choose 'Type of feedback - Loyalty Card.' Please provide as much information as you can on the issue, including your phone type & a screenshot of both the front & back of your card.
Unfortunately not. The good news is that with our Loyalty Club you are not only getting a free burrito with 5 stamps (which gives a better saving to our student discount) but also our Happy Hour discount & other fresh perks.
All good things must come to an end! We are no longer running our birthday burritos promotion.
If you no longer want to hear from us, you can unsubscribe at the bottom of any of our emails. You can also find any email from us & visit the 'Preferences' centre at the bottom of the email. From here you can edit your details & if you click on 'How we process your personal data' you can opt in or out of our marketing communications.
If you receive automated loyalty notifications, please log into your account & click ‘Account Settings’. Open ‘Alert Settings’ & untick the relevant alerts..
