Tortilla Together - Vol. 2: The Winter Warmer

To celebrate the launch of our new Winter Edit, for one night we transformed our London Wall location into an immersive "winter warmer" for an evening of eats, tats and tunes. Inviting guests to step out of the London chill, hang out and cosy up with flavour. Tortilla Together Volume 2 was a certified hit.

THE MENU 

Our Winter Edit is a hot take on the seasonal menu, ditching the same-old ‘festive food’ and creating a whole comfort mood. So we wanted to show it off in all its glory, serving nachos, tacos, mini burritos, and more.

Our smoky-sweet BBQ Adobo Chicken stole the show (as expected). A saucy number bringing that warming chipotle kick. Paired with the collab of our dreams: Thiccc Sauce’s Chilli Cacao Mayo is a creamy and spicy moment - a sauce you want to dip, drip and drench everything in.

BBQ Adobo Chicken Tacos with Fermented Purple Carrots

Dishes were topped with a dose of Fermented Purple Carrots, adding a tangy, gut-loving crunch to every bite. Spiced Apple Margs were flowing, and by the end of the night had cemented itself as THE sip of the season. We wrapped up the evening with the ultimate crowd pleaser, the Dessert Quesadilla. With gooey dulce de leche, banana and cream cheese toasted in a golden tortilla, safe to say it's everyone's newest obsession.

THE LOOKS

We teamed up with Ruby Loot to drop limited-edition slogan baby tees. Guests were invited to rock the collab, pairing the tees with fur coats and winter layers. Urging them to ‘Catch flavours, not feelings’ and affirmed what we already knew: 'Hot people eat burritos'

THE VIBES

We transformed downstairs into a winter wonderland-meets-burrito-bar: soft textures and warm lighting, with plenty of cosy corners for chess and cards. Plus a pop-up tattoo station by OnebyOne, where brave guests could get inked from a set of Tortilla-inspired designs, like chillis, tacos, and margs – FOR REAL. Upstairs in the kitchen, DJs Clara Rosa and The Flag Twins kept the energy going. And of course we had a photobooth for the guests to model their tees and new tats.
