Our Mexican rice recipe takes inspiration from taquerias in San Francisco, cooking in chopped onion for a savoury flavour & mix of light spices & lime for freshness – the perfect base to your burrito or naked burrito bowl.

Our coriander rice is zingy & fresh, made from a paste of green peppers and coriander. We love this rice with our vegan chilli no carne.

Hungry? Try our chicken, an authentic Mexican recipe. It’s a rich marinade of earthy achiote, garlic & herbs with a splash of fresh citrus. Slow cooked till tender & juicy and it's halal!

Add crunch to your burrito or try a salad bowl for a healthier option. We use a mix of crunchy Romaine & iceberg lettuce.

Our signature burritos get their smooth texture and rich flavour from our velvety black beans. Add these to any of our dishes for added richness.

Our pinto beans have a smoky flavour with just a hint of chilli. These beans are so soft & creamy and add a real depth to dishes. We add these to our vegan chilli no carne to create a hearty dish like no other.

Try our char-grilled peppers & onions tossed with mixed herbs, and a seasonal extra – right now its chunky courgettes for added bite. Our grilled veg bowl is a great healthy lunch time option.

Our chilli is made with organic tempeh sourced from Club Cultured HQ in London’s Hackney Wick. This natural and nutritious meat alternative is made by fermenting soy beans with a live culture…and nothing else! Super high in protein, fibre and gut-friendly goodness, we blend the tempeh with our signature pinto beans, veggies and authentic spices to create a hearty chilli just like Momma used to make.

Our rich & juicy pulled pork is flavoured with smoked paprika & cumin. Feeling indulgent? Add cheeky chorizo chunks to your carnitas burrito for an extra smoky crunch.

Carnitas

We only use grass-fed British Isle brisket in our Barbacoa, marinated and cooked over 24 hours until it’s melt-in-your-mouth delicious! Giving it a smoky flavour with just a hint of spice. Add chipotle cheese sauce for a match made in heaven.

These caramelised chunks of chorizo goodness certainly level up any main. Pair it with chargrilled chicken, carnitas or even in a grilled veg bowl – there’s no dish not enhanced by the smoky spicy flavour.

This rich & creamy sauce has a hint of smoky, spicy chipotle flavours. Smothered over our nachos, you will not be able to get enough of this sauce. Add it to any burrito for extra cheesiness, or even double up with Monterey Jack Cheese too!

Then comes the Monterey Jack cheese, thinly grated for the ultimate melt-effect, with a mild cheesy flavour that works sprinkled on any Tortilla dish. We stuff our quesadillas with Monterey Jack for an oozy, melting dish like no other.

Sour cream adds a freshness to our burritos and comes on the side with our quesadillas. Cool down our spicy salsa roja with this smooth & velvety sauce.

Arguably the best guacamole you’ve ever tried, ours is made from hand-smashed hass avocados, zingy lime, onions and coriander. We prepare it fresh, every day!

Go for our crowd favourite, mild pico de gallo salsa made from diced red tomatoes, coriander & lime. We import chillies from Mexico, to give each dish that authentic taste.

Pico de gallo

Take a cooler approach with our medium salsa verde, made with tomatillos (Mexican green tomato), jalapeños, coriander & lime. Fresh & tangy, it’s a thin, glossy consistency so sometimes you might not be able to see it in your dish – but boy will you taste it!

Salsa verde

If you’re feeling adventurous, try our fiery salsa roja, made with habanero chillies – the hottest chillies in the world! Cool it down with a spoonful of sour cream. This is the only dish on our menu which has real heat in it.
