Our tangy medium salsa is made from a traditional recipe of tomatillos (a kind of green tomato), jalapeno chiles, cilantro, lime juice and spices. Perfect in burritos, or for dipping with tortilla chips. Vegetarian.
Our mild salsa, aka Pico de Gallo, is prepared fresh each day using red ripe tomatoes, onions, cilantro, lime juice and a bit of olive oil. Perfect for scooping onto tortilla chips, or for inclusion in a salad. Vegetarian.

Our guac is hand-made and prepared fresh several times a day from ripe Hass avocados, fresh cilantro, onions, lime juice and a dash of salt. We've watched people lick bowls of this stuff clean. No joke. Fully vegetarian.
